We dream of a South Africa where learners' full potential is unlocked and lived out. In order to realize this dream, since 2016 we have been visiting schools across South Africa and offering an affordable and sustainable product in relation to effective personal and leadership development of high school learners.

Leadership Development
Our tried and tested Leadership Developmet programs are focussed on equipping young leaders for their leadership term and for their mission to change the world of tomorrow. This program provides empowering presentations, facilitated group discussions, and leadership material for both school and student.

Gr 9 ID Camps
The Gr9 Identity Camps helps young developing teens to find the answer to the question: "Who am I?" This course helps to take off the pressure of the big life decisions that Gr9's have to make, by guiding them to find their own ID. Dreams receive structure, purpose is revealed and the future becomes clear. Choosing subjects for Gr10 have never been easier.

Prayer weeks
Prayer weeks are all about growing in our relationship with Jesus. Our diverse program include prayer groups, worship nights and topic discussions in the classrooms. For a whole week our experienced team will serve the school and community spiritually. We aim expose the work of God that He is already doing in schools all over South Africa. Our team brings a new perspective on what it means to have relationship with the King, and how fun it is to know Him.

We are fully aware that there are numerous leadership training opportunities for schools in South Africa. What makes NGL different is not just the quality of our programs but also the affordability. We focus on bringing change to the whole of South Africa through creating an affordable way to empower the Youth of today. We want to make a lasting impact in South Africa, through giving every school the opportunity to help their learners become the leaders they were called to be.
2022...
2022 was a year that will be remembered for years to come. We visited more than 15 schools across South Africa , changed the lives of more students than we can count, and impacted the whole of South Africa for the better.
Many leadership seeds were planted, and we know that our nation and the rest of the world will enjoy the fruit cultivated in 2022.
We cannot wait to plant more leadership seeds in 2023...
